2 tenants needed for 6 bed house

We are looking for 2 flatmates to fill our 6 bed student house as two tenants have decided to drop out. It is a 5 minute walk to Bristol UWE Frenchay campus. The rent is £760 a month all bills included. We would preferably want a student age 18-25 however don’t have a preference on gender. There are 3 bathrooms all with showers, a kitchen/dining room and a living room. All rooms have double beds, desks, lots of storage and are fully furnished. There is a balcony with seating. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The house will be made up of 4 boys from UWE, two in their third year and two in their second year.
