8th Floor Flat w/ Gym, Balcony and Roof Garden

Hey!

I am looking for a new flatmate after my friend has had to leave the tenancy unexpectedly. The room is available from 3rd December and comes furnished (with a super king bed).

I am 33, I work remotely (for a homelessness charity) so I am usually at home in the day, but also occasionally have to travel outside of the city for work.

I am pretty sociable, so want to live with someone who feels comfortable to hang out in the evenings and cook together etc, but also work a 9-5 so will be tucked up in bed by 10 most weeknights reading.

The flat is really modern and light (I admit I'm not the best decorator so if you are good with plants that's a bonus...) , you'll have your own bathroom as there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. There is a balcony that runs the length of the apartment (each room has french doors that open on to the balcony) with amazing views across Bristol and there is a roof garden and a gym in the building that are both almost always empty.

The flat is right in the city centre next to the Christmas steps so everything is walking distance. Its council tax Band D so with bills (council tax, water, electricity and internet) it totals around £1050 a month all in.
