Requirements:

- Rental Period: Now until August 31st
- Price: £ 200 per week (original price £300 per week, offering a significant discount)
- Note: Due to the official subletting process through the apartment management, the original price (£300) must be paid to the apartment, and I will personally refund the discount to the tenant.
