We have rooms available in this very popular area, close to the cycle path which gets you into town in around 20 mins by bike.

The house is shared with 4 others, and is quite a settled peaceful place with a good sized shared lounge, a small but functional kitchen overlooking a small yard which is a bit of a sun trap in the summer months.
There is one shared shower room with toilet and sink, plus another separate toilet and sink.
A real benefit is the garage space which is great for small items, especially bikes, it's lockable and the yard also has a lockable gate so it's secure for storage .
There is wifi and also a cleaner who visits twice a week to take care of all of the shared spaces.
Included in your room rate is free items such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, toilet roll, laundry powder and cleaning items.
Room rate includes all bills. Washer and Dryer use charged at £1 per wash and £2 per dry.
