Room in 3 bedroom flat Hotwells

The flat is bright and spacious, furnished, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on Hotwells road. It is about a 25 minute walk to the university, and a 35 minute walk to Temple Meads and the Downs. It comes furnished and with a balcony. The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury’s up the hill, which is on the way back from the university, and Aldi’s across the river, about 25 minutes away. There is also a Spar convenience store across the road.

Rent is £830 per person per month excluding bills, which are about £60 per person per month, including wifi.

Both of us are PhD students (24F and 26M), and we’ve lived here for a year. We are looking for a replacement because our flatmate is doing a year abroad.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy and doesn’t smoke. Some of our interests are cooking, watching movies (we have a projector and big wall in the living room), and playing board games. We also have a keyboard in the living room. We would be happy to spend time together if that interests you, but if not that’s also fine 😊

If you are a full-time student we would all be exempt from council tax. Otherwise, the council tax band is D.
