Lovely double room available 1st Sept

We have a lovely furnished room available in our 4 bedroom flat. It's available from 1st September in St Andrews, just a few minutes walk from St Andrews Park.

This flat is the perfect location to reach Gloucester Road, Montpelier (and Montpelier station) and is only a 20-minute walk into the town centre.

We are a friendly household and enjoy the occasional movie night, house dinner, pub visit or trip out together - and we're looking for people keen to get involved with that! Equally, each of us enjoy our own space and personal hobbies.

You would be living with myself (Luke) working as a video editor - interested in cooking, stand-up comedy and gigs. (Charlie) Bristol Uni/a trainee counsellor - enjoys film, coffee shops and gaming. We had two rooms available and one has just been taken by another girl, so there'll be an equal gender split in the flat.

The room advertised is on the upstairs floor. We live in the first floor flat but have access to the back garden which is shared with the flat downstairs. You can use this whenever you like, along with a safe bike storage area.

Rent is £550 and bills roughly come to £120 in the warmer months and a little bit more during the winter.

Our lovely flatmates (Lucy and Angie) are moving out due to a new job and wanting to travel. We are ideally looking for female flatmates to maintain the gender balance in the flat.. but it's more important to find the perfect fit!
