Double room in Staple Hill (BS16)

Hello - we are renting our 2-bed terraced house from 11th August - 21st December while we travel for business.

You will be renting one room, but while we're away you'll have the whole house to yourself. We only plan to be in-country for around 1 week during the rental period.

The house has a home office, a large kitchen and an open plan dining / living room which is south facing and opens up onto our terraced garden.

The street is lovely and quiet as we back onto the Bristol-Bath cycle path and we aren't on a through road. Parking is on-street. We have a bike storage box at the front of the house.

Neighbours are lovely and quiet.

The rental cost is on the low side as we also have two cats that will need looking after while we're away. Ideally we're looking for someone with experience of cats, especially as one of them has some health issues which requires medicine being given on food each day. They have access to the outside, but sometimes use their litter tray inside and this will need to be cleaned occasionally.

A deposit of £400 is to be paid on agreement of tenancy, with the full rent due on moving in.

This arrangement would suit someone looking to fill gaps in their tenancy and don't mind looking after some fluff balls for a period of time.

I've uploaded some more photos of the property. It's a little messy at the moment because we're doing some DIY and renovating a van.. it will all be tidy before your move in date though!

The spare bedroom has a double bed in it with all the bedding as well as a desk. Storage shelves can be provided.

Internet (super fast fibre)
Water
Gas and electric (although we'll discuss a fair use policy)
Home insurance (will not cover laptops and other high-value items)

Rent for an individual: £600/pcm. Couples £900/pcm.
