I’m looking for someone to move in as current housemates are leaving to go travelling. I’ve lived here for the last 3 years and it’s a great little place so looking for another person to move in. Council tax band B.
The house is end of terrace in Ashton close to Sainsbury’s, Ashton Gate, Ashton Court and a 15 minute walk from North street / 20 minute walk to Wapping Wharf.
Large garden, two downstairs rooms, a study and 2 upstairs double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Lots of storage space on street parking and a garage
I work in the NHS and am looking for a professional to move in or would consider a student. I do a lot of running, yoga and cycling so it would be great to have shared interests too! But also fine if you have other hobbies. I like going out for a pint and chilling as well as being active.
