Spacious room with super-king bed and large en-suite bathroom in quiet cul-de-sac between Stapleton and Eastville & backing onto Purdown. Easy access (with a car) to M32, Town Centre, UWE, Filton, Southmead etc.

PLEASE CHECK LOCATION before emailing us - especially if you don't have a car. Public transport is OK to Southmead and Cabott, but not to Temple Meads or the BRI. You can cycle to UWE (20 mins) and to Temple meads/ city centre (15 mins)

Your room would be the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower). The superking sized bed and mattresses are almost new - with choice of harder or softer mattress side!. The room has plentiful electric sockets and aerial socket for own TV. It faces onto the quieter side of the house with views of the woods across the road.

Bills included (though if you work from home in winter we would need to ask you to cover any incremental electricity usage) 

The house has two reception rooms and a sunny kitchen-dining room with views out over Eastville park. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and room to dry clothes. You can store a bike in the cellar or at the front of the house.

We love the location onto Purdown and Stoke Park... great for off-road running or walks in nature - and yet still only 15 mins bike ride into town, the Gloucester Rd or Temple Meads. Parking is in front of the house.. can get a little busy, but always spaces down the road. 



You'd be sharing the house with one housemate (myself) and occasionally the owner who’s usually there one evening per week - usually Thursdays.

There's also Chester our characterful cat! He's a bit of a star on the street ... entertaining when he can be bothered :)



I am a busy professional - office based in the week. I’m on the go a lot, friendly and interested in many things, fairly quiet in the evenings reading, listening to music mostly post-work.

Myself and the owner are looking for a professional, who enjoys a nice home environment and would be a considerate housemate.

Short-Term Let Arrangements:

The let will be on a short-term let basis starting on 01st of October. 3-month initial contract with the owner and one-month rolling after that as the house is being sold.
