📍 Location: BS5 St George. Residential road not far from green spaces and Church Road’s shops/pubs etc. Free street parking. Less than 10 min walk to the lovely St George Park and close to Troopers Hill and the river path too. A few mins walk to bus stop which takes you straight down to the city centre.

🧍🏽‍♀️🧍🏽‍♀️🐕‍🦺 Housemates: You will be living with Cherie, Katie and Dilly (the most wonderful dog you’ll ever meet). Super chilled, respectful, clean/tidy and always down for a chat, I can vouch that they have been the dream housemates for a year. They are big into surfing, skating, roller derby and other outdoorsy things, and take joy in a peaceful home. This won’t be suited to someone after a party house.

Rent £695. Bills currently around £100. 3 month contract initially, but ideally rolling for much longer 😊

Can be flexible with move in date for the right person but will need to do viewings in the next couple of weeks if possible!
