Double room in St George

Hi, my name is Mark and I'm looking for a lodger to live with me in my home.

I'm a 33 year old software developer who works in the centre, my hobbies are exercise, music and being outdoors but also love bingeing some absolute trash on tv.

The house is a 2 up 2 down with a garden I'm currently doing up (see pics), all the rooms are newly decorated and it's nice and homely.

The room for rent is a small double, it's unfurnished at the moment incase you have furniture you want to move in, otherwise I'll be furnishing it. At the moment it's got a double in there and my old housemate used to fit a double in there easily.

The area is really cool, I have amazing neighbours and it's literally a 2 minute walk from the park.

I'm looking for someone who I can get on with, is tidy and respectful of my home and also someone who won't mind me making a racket when I'm singing.

The house isn't the biggest, which is why I've put no couples for the room, obviously if you have a partner that's all good but keep in mind that it's not the biggest house and don't want it to feel too cramped!
