This is a FEMALE household, No COUPLES and they are Christian’s who attend broadmead baptise church.
Sadly due to last minute changes to my location, I will be leaving this beautiful home and hope someone amazing can replace me. i am look for someone to take over my lease till January 31st. If you would like to stay on then you can extend the lease for 1 year. I will be moving out September 6th so feel free to take the lease before if needed. The lease start 1st of October .
This house is truly beautiful and we have an open house policy however we are respectful of peoples space. The aim is to cultivate a sense of family away from home, since the girls living here all come from outside of England.
The house is located in Sea Mill with amazing transport systems that get you in the city in 30/40 min. You have train super quick and buses 3,4, 41, 9, 13, and so much more. The house is super spacious with great energy saving feature applied. You will be sharing with two other girls. Sarah and Zoe, who you will get on with quite easily.
We ask for mature students as the people currently living there are working and would like someone similar to them. The bedroom comes unfinished, however you can buy at a discounted price the double bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk, and whatever you see that I own. As I won’t be able to take them with me. (Do ask, if needed)
