A lovely spacious double attic room with great views, in non smoking vegetarian household. Share kitchen, bathrooms laundry room, a large kitchen/diner and small garden with mature couple.

Looking for a Monday-Friday single occupant lodger (or similar) who doesn't work from home. Special arrangements can be made for shorter working week. The rent includes cleaning of bathroom and common parts.
Twenty, minute walk into centre of town, close to local shops, supermarkets, bus routes, local railway station and St Andrews Park.

There is free street parking available, usually I am able to get a spot outside the house but if not there are generally spaces a few houses down.
£160 a week
Bills are included in the rent including Internet (Virgin Media).
