This is a small double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat a few minutes from queen square. My housemate is moving to Cardiff soon so I need someone compatible to move in.
The flat has a sizeable living room with a big TV and a nice kitchen. There is a terrace as well that is only accessible by the flat.
I am a professional but I am going to start my PhD soon at the university of Bath. I work mainly from home but I most of the time would go to a cafe to work from there. I cook often and enjoy chilled night ins and watching a show. I go to dancing events sometimes (salsa, bachata etc) and I do play the piano and guitar so I don’t mind having another musician here.
I am looking for someone mature to take the room. I don’t mind if they want to keep themselves busy but it would be nice to socialise as well.
