Hello, I am Sam and I am looking for a new housemate in my house in St George.

Management: No agency - live in landlord
Availability: From October
Location: St George, across the road from St George Park
Facilities: small garden, bike storage, free on-street parking, shared bathroom plus additional toilet, open-plan living area.
Council Tax Band: B

About me:
I'm a professional advocate for people with care needs.
I'm neurodiverse so looking for a housemate who's accepting of me seeing the world in a slightly unconventional way.
I think deeply about how the world works and love having interesting conversations with housemates as well as being silly/talking nonsense. I'm also known for being a good listener.

My interests include: wellbeing and non-violent communication, playing folk music, writing essays.
