I am looking for:

• Professionals/mature students aged 25yrs+
• Ideally no car (as permit to park is required), but not a deal-breaker.
• Responsible and cleans up after themselves. 🧼
• Not adverse to couples, but rent would have to be negotiated.

Shared interests would obviously be a bonus :)
