I have a couple of double bedrooms available to rent in the basement of my house, living with me and three others Georgia (26), Em (30), and Jess (29).

I'm in the process of finishing them off as they are part of a recent basement conversion, but they will be available by December or earlier on negotiation (maybe you're ok without skirting boards for a week or so 🤷‍♂️). I'll update photos over the next week as they progress.

• Rent is £575 per month, all bills included.
• Deposit is £575 to secure the room and move in date.
• Contract is 6 months, then rolling monthly.

The rooms:

• Basement bedrooms (~4.0m x 2.75m)
• Lightwells in each to bring in natural light
• Both have space for a built in wardrobe
• Unfurnished

Note: Access (e. g. stairs and doorways) and ceilings are smaller/lower than typical so the rooms are probably not suitable for people much bigger than myself (5'11"/178cm & 90kg).

I am looking for:

• Professionals/mature students aged 25yrs+
• Ideally no car (as permit to park is required and it's v expensive).
• Responsible and cleans up after themselves. 🧼
• Couples who want to rent both rooms at a reduced rate are welcome.

Shared interests would obviously be a bonus :)

• The house is situated just off Old Market St behind Cabot Circus and is very close to town and all amenities. 🕺🎉
• Easton leisure centre is just at the end of the road.
