Double room available in St Judes

You'll be sharing the house with my partner Em (32), Georgia (27), Chris (27), and Jazz (27).

The room:

• Basement bedroom (~4.0m x 2.75m)
• Lightwell brings in natural light
• Has a built in hanging rail storage area
• Unfurnished or furnished (depends on you)
• Beneath kitchen (unsuitable for light sleepers)

Note: Access (e. g. stairs and doorways) and ceilings are smaller/lower than typical so the rooms are probably not suitable for people much bigger than myself (5'11"/178cm & 90kg).

The lodgers agreement:

• Rent is £575 per month, all bills included.
• Deposit is £575 to secure the room and move in date.
• Contract is 6 months, then rolling monthly.

Some details of lodgers agreement are negotiable (e. g. could be open to Mon-Fri let's, term time only, short term, longer term, furnished / unfurnished) - I'm just looking for right person 😊

I am looking for:

• Professionals/mature students aged 21yrs+
• Ideally no car (as permit to park is required and it's v expensive, but that's up to you).
• Responsible and cleans up after themselves. 🧼
• Non-smokers

Shared interests would obviously be a bonus :)

• Fast fibre broadband.
• Big living room

• The house is situated just off Old Market St behind Cabot Circus and is very close to town and all amenities. 🕺🎉
• Easton leisure centre is just at the end of the road.
