Double room in cosy Redfield home

Double room with window facing out down into the garden on a quiet Redfield street. A small two up two down terrace house a couple of streets in from Church Road and 5 mins walk to St Georges Park. Sharing with me (the home owner) a busy baker and business owner who works away from Bristol 2-3 nights a week. Would suit another woman also in late thirties ideally working out in the day of the house. Fully furnished, with all the mod cons house. Rent includes all bills and broadband. Shared living room with new wood burner and kitchen with sofas, dining table etc. I keep an allotment in St Werburghs, like exploring the South West and have lived in Bristol for 10+ years so am often out and about. I'm quite house proud and have spent lots of time over the years planting out the front and back garden and making the house a comfortable leafy snug home, especially nice to be in during winter. Looking for a conscientious, kind and friendly person to move in soon. Hoping for someone with similar interests (growing/good food/mindful living/nice friends etc) who likes a good chat and peaceful house but doesn't necessarily need to always eat together/ combine friends etc (unless they are great!) We would share the cleaning and general weekly tasks (putting out the recycling etc) just the usual grown up shared living responsibilities.
