Room In City Centre - Ideal Location

I am dropping out of University and moving back to my home city, which means I have to leave this room behind :/ I couldn't imagine a better location; it is great for students of any university: a 15-20 minute walk to UOB and less than a 5-minute walk for the bus to UWE. Being in the city centre, you are a couple of minutes' walk from anything you want - supermarkets, pubs, clubs, coffee shops, you name it, they are all just around the corner. The room is tucked away, so it's nice and quiet. It is also spacey, with high ceilings, so it feels very open. If you move the bed by the wall, you will have plenty more room. We have sorted out all the utilities, so you'll have to pay your share without dealing with the admin (they aren't too expensive). The house comes with a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, which are very convenient. There is one toilet and three bathrooms (all with toilets). Council tax band F. Everyone is super nice and relaxed; if you are the same, you'll fit right in!
