The room is in a bright and spacious 4 bed house roughly a 12 min walk from Gloucester Road and a 5 min walk from Tesco on Lime Trees Road.
The room will be available from around 20th November as I'm moving for work. You will be living with Andy, Rich, and Shannon, who have been a joy to live with. We're not a huge party house, but we're social and do hang out.
The room comes unfurnished but my stuff is up for sale - we can chat about that if you're interested.
The bills + council tax come to about 150 per month.
