Room with double bed in new build house

Room with double bed and large storage cupboard and desk in new build house located in Cheswick village.

Their are numerous amenities around including a coop which is less than a few minutes walk as well as a gym. Their is also an ASDA, Sainsburys and Lidl a few minutes drive away. The house is also a short walk away from FIlton Abbey Wood station and only a few minutes drive from Bristol Parkway.

The room comes with a shared bathroom which is shared with 1 other person. There is also a spare room which should you have a guest they are welcome to use for a couple of nights without charge though I would ask that you ask me prior before confirming arrangements. There is a shared Kitchen and living area in the house. In total their will be 3 people living in the house

I like to keep a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the house where everyone feels that they can be themselves and able to speak to each other.

The price is rent + bills (council tax (Tax band E), water, electricity, gas). The bills will be handed out by myself each month with a breakdown of the costs.
