Looking for new flatmate :)

My current flatmate is having to move out so i’m looking for another to take her space. I’ve been living here since september and it’s such a lovely spacious, very bright and relaxed environment.

I have the unfurnished and furnished photos up to get a sense of the flat. Some of the furniture belongs to the current flatmate so they might be removed when she leaves. Am will to source new pieces together :)

no current parking spot but can be obtained if applied through the council.

Quiet central neighbourhood:
- 4 mins walk from Temple Meads
- 18mins walk from City Centre

Washing is in the building not in the flat but is included in the rent.

Looking for someone with similar interest, good vibes, socialable and is clean, not really looking for a party person but i enjoy socialising in the flat.

I’m open with living professionals as long as the council tax is handle on your end as now there is non for the flat. Tax bracket B
