To rent: 1 double bedroom in a 2 bed flat. Room is furnished with bed, drawers, bedside table, desk and hooks. Rest of the flat is fully furnished. Bedroom space: 4.4x2.6m

The space: The flat is situated on the first floor but with only garages below (lift provided). Built in the 70s so it's very well soundproofed! Large south facing open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with one wall being all windows so you get looaaads of light during the day. Large terrace with lots of seating and lots of chance to plant up pots. 1 bathroom with shower/bath. Opportunity for parking if you purchase a permit. Or bike parking is available in secure gates.

Bills (monthly) : Council tax (band C) = £115, Electricity = £65ish, Wifi = £14, Water = £20 ish (paid every 6 months), Cleaning products/household consumables = £10ish. Electricity bill will be adjusted if you work from home and want the heating on.

About me! Hello, my name's Eve. I'm 27 and have lived in Bristol for nearly 3 years. I currently work at Bristol Uni at their Vet School. Big animal person so if you have a pet make it known! I love to cook, sing along to music (badly), go out and meet new people, walk, live, love laugh.... I'd like to find a housemate that will fit the space and the way I live my life, you'd be invited over to check the place out but more importantly we'd have to go for a pint to hang out for a bit. My weekdays at work a pretty full on so no parties going on in the week, but the flat is too nice not to share with others so I'm happy for it to be a social space at suitable times xox
