2 Large Double Beds Available!

Two good sized double rooms available. The house has off street parking and has fantastic transport links to city centre. It is right next to a lovely park and has its own little garden with a beautiful apple tree; we’re also planning to grow some vegetables next year. There are many lovely coffee shops around as well as Aldi , Tesco and Coop. Located in a quiet area and off street parking available.

There are 4 double rooms in the house , with one being an en suite so the bathroom is shared among 3 people. The kitchen has lots of storage space , two fridges with freezers , oven and washing machine. There is a spacious communal lounge with a comfy sofa.

The first double room is £725 has a double bed with a bedside table, double wardrobe and set of drawers. The second double room is £700 and also comes with double bed and bedside table, wardrobe and set of drawers.
All bills and broadband is included, alongside a cleaner every two weeks; the house is managed by a non living landlord so there are no agency fees. We’ve had a great experience with the landlord who always responds quickly.

Currently living in the house is me Becky (26) and David (30). I work as a primary school teacher and play hockey for a local club and love food! David is a shift manager at Pret and enjoys bouldering, travelling and cooking.

We’re a relaxed and friendly household who enjoys hanging out together but we also value our downtime and personal space; looking for someone who would enjoy a good balance of social time and independence and who appreciates a clean and tidy home.
