Double room with office available in Hotwells

Double room available in a beautiful house in Hotwells (right by the harbour). The room comes with an office downstairs and allocated storage (wardrobe and chest or drawers) on the landing. The house has a big kitchen, well kept courtyard and bike storage in the house (soon to have external bike box). Would be living with 3 professional boys who are all very friendly, enjoy working out, going out to the pub, sports and music.

Landlady is private and has always been very attentive to our needs. Contract would be for 6 months initially with opportunity to extend after.
