Description
Due to a change in circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 01 Feb 2025 – 30 June 2025 in an 8 bed house in Bristol. It is let through UWE housing.
The house is in an ideal location near Gloucester Road. There are buses which run nearby to UWE Frenchay every 15 mins. You can walk into the centre of Bris in around 15/20mins (give or take how fast you walk haha).
The room is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with IKEA furniture, queen size bed and tv point.
The room does not have an ensuite unlike most of the other bedrooms in the house, but there is a bathroom on the 1st floor which has a shower and toilet in. The shower will be your own shower, but the toilet is used by 2 other house mates because their ensuites do not contain a toilet, only a shower.
There is a large flat screen TV in the communal area, fridges & freezers, washing machine & tumble dryer, security system, and broadband. There is also a rear garden and parking outside the house.
It is living with 7 other people, all females. Everyone in the house is a student and studying various degrees at UWE. Non-students are also welcome, but you will have to pay council tax unlike the other housemates. For non-students who will be required to pay council tax, it is Council tax band D just for reference.
The room is £712.62 pcm, all bills included. (This excludes council tax as I do not pay this due to being a student myself).
It is available through UWE housing, so there is no need to fear about having a bad landlord! They are super helpful and carry out regular maintenance work on the property and are always quick to come and fix any problems when we have had any.
A UK-based Guarantor is essential.
£100.00 holding deposit is required to be paid which will be refunded by UWE houses upon completion of all necessary paperwork.
