Double bedroom available in four bedroom house in St. George. Bedroom is bright and fully furnished.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (with mattress), 1x bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, waist paper bin, full length mirror and small chest of drawers. There is a main bathroom plus an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, also furnished with a dining table. There is also pots, pans and cutlery.

There is a spacious lounge area with a comfy sofa and a smart TV. The house has a lovely garden/decking area at the rear of the house with outside table and chairs. The house also comes with a garage which can be used to securely store bikes or other large items!

All bills are included (water, gas, electric, council tax, high speed broadband).

St. George's park is less than a 2 minute walk away, with numerous supermarkets, cafes and restaurants on Church Road only a 10 minute walk away. There are many buses every hour regularly going to the City Centre just minutes from the house! A car parking space is not available but there is road parking available all around the estate.

The room is single occupancy only, no pets and no smokers. Deposit required of a months rent and minimum term of 6 months. Please note that one previous reference will be required.
