3 of us are staying in the flat and are looking for 1 more professional to fill the space of the flatmate moving out. It’s such a nice 4 bed flat, with 2 bathrooms and a big shared lounge, located in Hotwells right by the river. There’s also a few nice pubs nearby great for a few pints in the evening :)
We are friendly, relaxed, outgoing and are looking for people similar.
We love a night out/ rave and pub trip but also a house meal in/movie and board game nights. We have various hobbies such as climbing and going gym and when the weathers a bit nicer, we love a park or outdoor trip :)
£650 a month - (reduced rent as it’s a smaller room)
Bills not included - normally ~ £100 extra a month.
