Victoria Park, large room, great house

We are looking for a friendly person to replace me as I move away from Bristol. The room is great- big and with windows on both sides of the house so loads of light. The house is spacious with an open plan lounge and dining room, with a big TV that belongs to Chris but he shares it with the house.

- Across street from Victoria Park (beautiful in summer)
- Very close to flashpoint climbing centre if you're into that
- Quiet area but close to the fun
- Less than 15 mins to Temple Meads Station

Chris is a data scientist, 29, who loves climbing, board games, playing music, and socialising.

Naomi works in policy and loves pub quizzes, gym, watching series, wine and socialising.
