Room in semi detached cottage by the river

Room available from the 1st of Feb in a lovely cottage on Crews Hole Road by Conham river.

Hello! I'm Max, I'm the current tenant in this here cottage. The landlords (certainly the best I have had), have tasked me with the job of finding a new tenant. I've lived here 8 months and I feel like I've lucked out. The space is lovely, homely, cosy, all of the above. There are front and back gardens - the summer just gone I grew various greens and definitely plan to again this year. If you're in by Feb there's a wood burner which will be put to good use over the coming winter days. Bike storage available.

The room is a single bedroom with available storage about the house. I was in this room before and managed to utilise the whole house which is definitely a plus for the price.
Conham river park is down the way and Beeses on the other side of the river. There is a local co op in St Anne's and Church road is a 15-20 min walk where you'll find an Aldi, a handful of arguably some top pubs in Bristol, and a few restaurants. There's a Bristol Loaf too if you're in to that business (... I occasionally am).

A little about me - I'm a creative and work in hospitality. I exercise, play music, cook, garden, I'm learning Spanish and I like a good pub. I work a lot throughout the week.

Looking for a professional, someone who will care about the property and will be willing to regularly clean and do ya dirty dishes. I'd love to have someone who has green fingers or is interested in getting involved in the garden but realise I can't have everything I want in life.

Due to my work schedule, evenings are best for me for viewings later in the week. Would love to hear from y'all, send a message if you have any Q's.
