We are looking for a tenant to complete a group for the tenancy of a double furnished room in a 4 bedroom professional house in Cheswick Village, Stoke Gifford.

The house has 2 double bedrooms, a toilet and kitchen/living space on the ground floor, then a further 2 double bedrooms and living space that is currently used for storage and laundry drying.

The room has lots of light with patio doors on to the garden, it comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

No pet or smoking household
