Description

A large double room to rent in the desirable BS9 area. Our house is a 10 minute drive from the city centre. We are fortunate to have lots of green space on our doorstep, as well as a large garden. We are well connected to public transport and local shops/amenities.

We are a professional couple in our late 20’s/early 30’s who have a spare room and are looking for a housemate who is tidy and respectful.

We are a relaxed couple who enjoy creative pursuits and outdoor activities.

We know how difficult it is getting a room in Bristol so are happy to offer short term stay (1 month minimum) to help people trying to navigate the tricky Bristol housing market. If you are a good fit, we are also open to having a long term housemate. Let us know what your situation is and be great to have a Facetime/a cuppa to make sure we are a good fit for each other.

The area has great transport links. It is a 5 minute walk to Sea Mills station that has regular trains that take you to Clifton Down, Montpelier, Redland, Stapleton Road, Lawrence Hill and Temple Meads within 20 minutes.
