Double, ensuite in great location

We are looking for a friendly, considerate person to share our home who is tidy, responsible and environmentally aware.
We have a large, furnished double bedroom with ensuite shower room available in our detached, four bedroom house. The other three bedrooms are already rented.
You will enjoy a large, shared living/dining room with a piano, kitchen/utility, conservatory, double garage and a secluded, pretty garden. You will find a cross trainer, rowing machine and TV in the garage for everyone to share.
My husband and I are living in France. We are looking for one person to rent the spare room in our house alongside our son's who are 25 and 22, and a young lady who is 23 years old. Our previous tenant recently moved out to live in her own property. Our friendly pet cat called Cyrille also lives in the house therefore our property is unlikely to be suitable for someone with a cat allergy or is fearful of cats.
Everyone is working. The boys enjoy using their computers in their spare time so they largely stay in their bedrooms when they are at home. Also the boys almost exclusively socialise on line so you will have easy access to the shared spaces in the house. Everyone is used to sharing.
The bedroom includes an ensuite shower, toilet and sink, double bed, plenty of fitted wardrobes/drawers and a desk with a chair.
Your rent includes all bills, dedicated parking, secure bike storage in the garage and a gardener. Talk Talk super fast broadband and a TV license are also included. Tidying up, cleaning and recycling is shared amongst the occupants.
The house is located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, five minutes walk from the beautiful Duchess Estate/Purdown. It is approximately 3 miles from the centre of Bristol, less than a mile from IKEA, Tesco Extra and the PureGym at Eastgate and the M32. UWE is within easy reach aswell. Eastville Park is 10 minutes walk away, hosting a weekly Parkrun and providing access to the Frome Valley cycle path into town. Stapleton Road train station is 25 minutes walk.
We keep the small sofabed room downstairs for our personal use when we come back to the UK every few months to visit our elderly mothers and catch up with other family/friends.
In summary, the room is single occupancy for a person who is 21 to 35 years old, employed, a non-smoker and happy to live with 3 other young people and Cyrille, our resident, friendly pet cat.
