Double Bedroom Availalble

A Double Room in my 3 bedroom flat nestled amongst Southmead, Westbury on Trym, Henbury, Brentry.

MAIN APPEAL: I am a Seafarer, so for half the year (if not more) you'll have the flat to your self while I'm away. So you must be trustworthy!

I have an Office (bedroom 3) that you're welcome to use, although I'd prefer you not to be full-time working from home.

No pets, no smoking inside, no orgies, no crack dens.

Council Tax band B

I am a 29 year old male (British), very easy going.

There is off-street parking outside.

I am on the third floor, so there are a few steps to climb.

It's 1960's flat. The flat isn't the nicest in the world!! But it's warm and dry, has a functioning kitchen/bathroom, everything works. I have new carpets and a big TV in the living room (ha). I advise a look around before making any decisions.

I don't have a tumble dryer.

I have WiFi, which is good for Netflix etc. but apparantley it isn't super fast..

Currently a double mattress, but room for a slightly bigger one if you wished to bring it.
