Cosy room HOTWELLS RD

Double room available in perfect location, close to city centre, bus stop just infront the House, space for bike outside, parking space available and shared Laundry for residents
. Pros: price-location, Laundry, garden, carpark, bus stop, nice flatmates (one female one male, both spanish, a teacher and a spanish food warehouse worker :)
Cons: no living room, one toilet, small kitchen (all amenities: two fridges, microware, gas, oven, airfryer..) Council tax now went Up everywere so it's like extra £66 each on top, bills around 40 more, We are quiet and nice people, we smoke in our rooms, this is not a party House.
