Hi,

I'm looking for a flatmate to join my friend in my flat from July 1st. The flat is extremely spacious with a nice open feel and large glass windows. You'd have the master bedroom which has a fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower and is very spacious especially for such a central flat. I have also recently purchased a brand new Ikea bed, mattress, desk for the room.

I'm a professional tennis coach and currently have a long term contract in London and also traveling abroad so whilst this is happening my friend will be living in the second room that also has its own bathroom. He is a respectful quite 27 year old male who I have lived with myself for over 3 years and is a great flatmate.

The flat is kept very clean and tidy so it’s really important to me to find someone who’s the same way inclined.

The building itself has a concierge, lift, postal storage and bike lock up along with other things and is kept really clean. The building has recently had building works completed and is in pristine condition.
A private underground parking space is included with the room

The flat itself is in the perfect location for commuting to Swindon Hospital and is within walking distance of the Bristol Royal Infirmary

Water, Wifi, council tax, electric and parking isn’t included in the price

£925 PCM will be around £1100 with Bills.
