Double Room in newly renovated peaceful house

This is a newly renovated house, in a really peaceful central location with excellent bus routes and free parking outside. It's right by the park (so there is constant bird song) and it benefits from the trendy little coffeehouse '3 foot 6' and their amazing pastries & coffee. The community in this neighbourhood is really friendly.

The room for rent is a large double room with white painted floorboards and an exposed brick wall. It has a desk and chair and a really comfortable new double mattress and white cotton bedding. It has a large built in alcove wardrobe which is deep and wide and includes two hanging rails and a shelf. The room faces west so the afternoon and evening sun make it a super bright lovely space to be in. There are also some festoon lights in there and a hook for a hanging plant.

The house has excellent Wifi and has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new flooring, new central heating, new electrics etc and a new wood burning stove. The garden is huge and sunny and it's a lovely space to chill out.

I am a graphic designer and I have a super old gorgeous fat dog who is very quiet and mellow.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and easy going and who works regular hours preferably.

It's a really lovely space and available now.
