Central Bristol: one double furnished room with own bathroom, in gated brand new house eight minutes walk from both Temple Meads station and Bristol city centre.  I am looking for a single female clean and quiet professional for this room. Double bed, new mattress, clothes rail, drawers, blackout curtains. Desk and desk chair. Own bathroom on landing next to bedroom. Full fibre broadband. Fully equipped shared kitchen with lounge area, utility room and patio. Downstairs underfloor heating. Occasional gated parking but there is no permanent place to put a car and the city council do not permit visitor or residents' street permits. Secure bike storage. Quiet secure location inside gated development. Three bedrooms in the house; one is my (lady owner, a young 50!) room (I am there approx half the time) and one is a single female professional. Appropriate contract template with six month minimum then monthly rolling. Suit NHS/University/Civil Service/BBC professional. Bills included. No smoking, vaping or pets. £950pcm inc bills.
