Room to rent - St George near many green spaces

Big spacious bright double room available from Oct to end of Feb (most likely will be able to extend this as I’m going travelling and not intending on coming home any time soon)
Sharing with two other girls in a cosy, clean, wholesome home. Kay is a spiritual queen, she enjoys music, meditating, breath work, eating tasty yummy veggie dishes and going for cute walks down conham river park
I’m Jodie - I’m going travelling so I won’t be around but will be the one communicating with you regarding the house. I love swimming, nature, reading, crocheting and meditation.
We are semi-retired ravers, we do go to the odd dance but we like to keep our living space quiet and calm so this is definitely not a party house
More than happy for friends to come over for cuppas and dinners but we are mindful of each other and the space.
When we’re home, we spend our evenings making dinners, listening to vinyl records, crocheting and watching movies.
The room is furnished, but I can definitely pop some bits in the garage, but would have to keep the bed and wardrobe in the room.
We have lots of storage space in the attic for any furniture or other bits
