I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Favell, a student-only accommodation just 15 minutes walk from the university right in the heart of the city centre.

The room is a furnished, single bed, non ensuite room on the third floor of the building.

•     Shared kitchen/lounge with four other flatmates (all students)

•     All bills included (water, electricity, internet, etc.)

This is a tenancy takeover, so you’ll be taking over my current contract.
