Lovely garden room available in comfy shared house

We have 2 rooms available in our comfy shared house. Our two lovely lodgers are both moving on to new exciting things so we are looking for 2 friendly and sociable people to join our family of 3 in Clifton Wood.
There are two bathrooms, two sitting rooms with wood burners, kitchen and back garden. We are ideally situated close to Clifton Village , Park Street and the Docks. The price includes all bills, council tax Wifi, and Netflix. There is a resident's parking scheme in operation in the area, so the cost of parking is an additional £47 per month.
We are looking for friendly, easy going, clean and tidy lodgers to join us. We are mostly out of the house at work during the day and in the evening like to share cooking and and eat together, maybe enjoy a glass of wine and a bit of t. v or a film. We enjoy making art, pottery, music, a bit of samba drumming, yoga, travel, going for walks and being outdoors amongst other things. We like a sociable atmosphere in the house but also respect everybody's space. We have had lodgers for many years and have made life long friends doing so.
