Lovely garden room available in comfy shared house

We are looking for a friendly and sociable person to join our family and one other lodger in our comfy shared house in Clifton Wood.
There are two bathrooms, two sitting rooms with wood burners, kitchen and back garden. We are ideally situated close to Clifton Village , Park Street and the Docks. The price includes all bills, council tax Wifi, and Netflix. There is a resident's parking scheme in operation in the area, so the cost of parking is an additional £47 per month.
We are looking for someone friendly, easy going, clean and tidy to join us. We are mostly out of the house at work during the day and in the evening like to share cooking and and eat together, enjoy a glass of wine and a good Netflix series or film. We like art, pottery, music, a bit of samba drumming, yoga, going for walks and being outdoors amongst other things. We enjoy a sociable atmosphere in the house but also respect everybody's space.
