Favell House is located in the heart of the city and is home to 234 students. All rooms are non en-suite, meaning you’ll share your bathroom and kitchen, which has space for socialising with your flatmates.

Away from your room there’s a Communal Study Space in neighbouring property The Rackhay, and a convenience store conveniently located on the ground floor. You’ll also have access to the social spaces and events at neighbouring Waverley House and The Rackhay.
