We're looking to rent our 2 bed maisonette in St Pauls on 3 month contract, with a 1 month rolling contract after that. The property is available from the 1st November, but could be free sooner. It's ideal for a couple who want a spare room, or two friends wanting to share. £1300 is the total for the property

Bills approx 100 - 120 a month per person.

The property is a first and second floor maisonette with a shared garden/yard. It's in a fantastic location just behind Stokes Croft, a stones throw from Picton Street, 10 mins from Montpellier station, and a 25 min walk to Temple Meads.

There is a living room (which gets lovely light) and a large separate kitchen. There is also a bath and a shower.

There's a decent sized garden office which can be used as a WfH spot, a small studio space, or just for storage.

The house is furnished including some kitchenware - but we can take away any unwanted furniture if you have your own.
