Double room In St Andrews

We have one furnished room available in our four-bedroom flat. Available from January 1st in St Andrews, just a few minutes' walk from St Andrews Park.

This flat is in the perfect location to reach Gloucester Road and Montpelier, including Montpelier station, and is only a 20-minute walk into the town center.

We are a friendly household and enjoy the occasional movie night, house dinner, pub visit, or trip out together, and we're looking for people keen to get involved with that! We also each enjoy our own space and personal hobbies. Two of the housemates currently work from home full-time.

We live in the first-floor flat and have access to the back garden, which is shared with the downstairs flat. You can use this whenever you like, along with a bike storage area.

The rent is £575, and bills are roughly £140 per month.

Our lovely housemate Luke is going travelling. We are ideally looking for like-minded people to fit our chill and relaxed vibe in our cozy little flat. We’re all aged between 27 - 35 and work 9-5 full time jobs (mix of WFH & office) and are looking for the same vibe in our new housemate. LGBTQ+ friendly.

We're big on keeping the place tidy, so we have a weekly cleaning rota that's been working really well for us.

Unfortunately, our landlord does not accept students or pets.
