The household consists of two females & is no smoking, no vaping at the property. Sharing a spacious bathroom, The room on offer is a 6mtr long room with shelving storage space and comfy seating, The village is surrounded by fields but 5mins to the M5 motorway (top of the road is Junction 17), it’s the next junction from Aztec West & Bradley Stoke, with the M4 and wales 10mins away, the bungalow is located down the hill from the new Bristol zoo and The Wave, Avonmouth, Westbury on Trym, Filton, Henbury are all nearby for easy transport links. There is a bus stop outside the bungalow number 12 bus links to cribbs causeway main bus station at the mall. Parking is available on the road opposite, in Home Farm Way. Rooms available for the lodgers use are as shown, one large bedroom & shared use of the kitchen/diner, a large shared bathroom and a lovely enclosed front/side garden. Bills are £155 a month that includes council tax band D, reasonable use electric, gas, water. The room can be held for up to 4 weeks with the deposit paid. Lots of shops and supermarkets in Cribbs/Patchway. The village also has a handy local mini market and pub near the property with lots of scenic local walks nearby.

I care for little dogs and there are always small dogs in the home, because of this visitors aren’t allowed to come and go in the bungalow. Ideally looking for someone who works daytimes while I have daycare.

There is a rose filled & lawn garden for the lodgers use with guests. This is on the side of the bungalow where the dogs aren’t allowed.
