Best house in Bristol

I am gutted to have to leave the best house I have ever lived in Bristol, due to work.

The room is large with a very comfortable double bed and a lot of storage space. The picture doesn't do it justice because of its shape.

The house is in what I think is the best location in Bristol. It's at the top of Park Street, but tucked away in Charlotte Street, meaning it is extremely quiet (best sleeps of my life) but also in the middle of everything: 0 minute walk to Brandon Hill, 1 minute walk to the University, 2 minute walk from Wills Memorial, 4 minute walk to College Green, 5 minute walk to all of the big supermarkets, 7 minute walk to the Watershed and to Millennium Square.

The house has a panoramic view of all of Bristol (2nd floor), it is bathed in direct sunlight from dawn to about 15.00, has the friendliest of foxes, sleek furniture, a very large living room and comfortable spacious bathroom.

Last but not least, the dog who lives in the house deserves a special mention. My housemate's dog, Subaru, is the most well behaved dog I have ever met, and will change your life. Subby is adorable, clean, does not smell, does not shed (is short-haired) and never barks.

We've been keeping the house to a very good standard, so you can expect a house that is clean and tidy but definitely without being too pressing about it.
