Flatmate in Bristol city centre needed

I am moving countries and need someone to urgently take over my part of a two bedroom flat lease in city centre. You will have your own bathroom and very big bedroom. Only share kitchen and living area. Bedroom is big enough for double/king bed and ample space for a WFH set up as well. Room originally unfurnished, but willing to sell the existing furniture at a reasonable price as I’m leaving. It’s a bed, wardrobe, WFH chair and table, bedside lamp and stand, fan.
