3 rooms in a 4-bed student house (5 mins from UoB)

Hello!

I'm a PhD student in astrophysics looking for 3 other students to replace my current housemates that are graduating this year. The house is located in High Kingsdown, so only a 5 min walk to the University of Bristol.

The rent is split based on room size: a large double (£600 pcm), a smaller double (£560pcm) and a single room (£540 pcm). The tenancy starts on the 1st July 2026 and lasts 12 months.

The house has two bathrooms with showers, living space and a small patio garden. All bedrooms are furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.

as I'm the only current tenant staying, the dynamic of the house will really depend on who moves in. I'm open to it being a relaxed but sociable home with the occasional film/games night, house dinner or trip, but equally happy if people prefer doing their own thing. As a PhD student, I would like to live with other postgrads, masters, or mature students, but would welcome anyone who is tidy and considerate.

I can only accept students as tenants, at the landlord's request.
