Hi! I’m a 25-year-old looking for a new housemate to join me in my spacious two-bedroom city-centre flat. I’m sociable and enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party, meeting new people, and also love sports. Ideally, I’m looking for a postgraduate student or a young professional. I work mostly in the office Monday to Friday and enjoy a good balance of relaxed evenings at home and social plans. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean and tidy, but also friendly and sociable.

The available room is a spacious, furnished double bedroom with a newly renovated en-suite, located right in the heart of the city. It benefits from large double windows and plenty of storage, including a large wardrobe, storage bed, and bedside table. The en-suite features an electric towel rail, backlit mirror, wall-mounted electric toothbrush charger, a vanity unit with storage, and a corner-opening shower.

The flat itself is very spacious, with a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The location is ideal in BS1: a 15-minute walk to Temple Meads Station, less than a 5-minute walk to the Harbourside, a 2-minute walk to St Nicholas Market, and around a 10-minute walk to Park Street. The flat also benefits from a private entrance separate from the rest of the building, with CCTV covering the entrance.

The room is £1,000 per month, including council tax (Band D), excluding all other bills.
