Dbl room available - recently renovated short let

Hi there,

I have an unfurnished room (though, if furnishing is required, let me know) available for a short term let (potentially longer) in a recently renovated and refurbished house in St Jude's/Easton. Recent renovations means everything is brand new and working, and it's a very well insulated house.

There is a patio and large garden, however, that is still undergoing work.

The property is next to Old Market and very close to the centre, it's also in close proximity to the motorway so getting out of Bristol by vehicle isn't a problem. Parking can be arranged if required - providing a parking permit for the entire Easton/St Philips area.

I'd say the room would possibly suit a creative or more nomadic individual as it's a short term let, however, if you're interested just drop me a line with some info about yourself and we can go from there.

It's a Band A for council tax however all bills are included so no need to worry.
