2 rooms available in St Pauls

Hello! :)

There are 2 rooms going in our lovely 3 bed houseshare here. Myself and Joanna are sadly leaving bristol so you will be sharing with our lovely Jocelyn (28) who is super friendly.

Room 1 (yellow) room 2 (green)

We will be looking for someone who works, is able to contribute to their fair share of cleaning etc

It is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space. All very spacious!

Allows pets! I will be moving with my cat leo so hes not included im afraid! But you will be more than welcome to bring along your pet if you have them. No other pets in the house atm.

Room 1 is downstairs, room 2 is upstairs.

Furnishing:
Living room comes with 2 sofas already. Everything else will be going

Rooms come unfurnished.
Room 2 is unfurnished however I am happy to leave the bed if you need a bed otherwise I will get it removed :)

Bills:
Not included in rent. Internet, water, gas/electric, council tax comes to £110 a month.

Deposit is a months rent.

Landlady Louise (live out) will ask for a reference.

Your contract will say 12 months minimum stay and then rolling however Louise says she is happy as long as you fill the room.
You will be responsible for filling your own room not the responsibility of having to make sure the whole house is filled.

Landlady has no plans to sell
